To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Note: Products with opened or torn lamination are not eligible for return.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges To receive a different item, kindly return the original product first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
Refunds Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved:
Card Payments: Refunded directly to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing by your bank.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued either by cash or through Wish Wallet, as per your preference.
