Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. A tracking number will also be included and activated shortly after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Sama3ati® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All applicable fees during or after shipping are the buyer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged or Lost Packages
Sama3ati® is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging and damaged goods before contacting the shipment carrier to file a claim.
